Topic-A study  based on the role of Language  games in  English classroom 
Introduction 
      Irrespective  of age everybody would like to participate in games. A game is a pleasant  source of recreation,a competitive amusement  designed in tune with  a system of rules. The characteristic of games can be utilised in language education also....
         The teacher must design  language games according to the students  mental  level and language ability. Language games for the average, below average and the exceptional students must be designed accordingly while being the participant of the game.The nature of the game, the manner of the game,the required  number of participants etc must preplanned...........
Need and  significance 
      The  use of language games in classroom nourishes the  cognitive, affective and psycpsychomotor domains  of the child at the same time. Language  games make the  mind and body  are relaxed.......
Objectives of the study 
1.To understand how language games helps in learning of English education. 
2.To realise the improvement of read,write, speak English  by the use of language games
